  • Pivot in new directions/focus content as necessary
  • With each programme objective set a criteria to monitor, measure and respond to meeting objective throughout the process: (e.g. evaluate each aspect of the delivery process identifying what works, what requires further development, identify gaps)
  • Determine if content is meeting context specific needs
